Forms 4.5 Question

Using Forms 4.5, I try to activate a popup-list with a key

The setting for the popuplist-items are

                   enabled:    TRUE
                   navigate:    FALSE
                   mouse navigate: FALSE

Those setting work fine for activating the list by mouse click, now i need to activate it in addition by a key stroke

can anyone help ?
