Hello out there!
I know I read about, but I couldnīt find again:
The Oracle Web Listener (Windows NT 4.0, OWAS 3.0.1) locks files which
has been requested. I can only overwrite files, when the listener
process is stopped, I know there is some configuration necessary to
solve this problem, but I donīt know.
Does anybody knows about, it is not very pleasant to stop and restart
the Webserver, when you want to make tiny changes in some html-files...?
