Few Question about Forms 4.5

Hi,

maybe you could help me with a few questions:

1.) How can I export a query result (Forms) into a plain ASCII-File 2.) Is there some kind of "undo"-functionality in the user frontend, for example

     how can the user restore a deleted record before the deletion is committed

     and without closing the form and reopening it. As I write this, the idea comes

     up to do a requery on the database. Is there a better way ? Has anybody
     implemented "undo"-functionality yet ?

3.) My environment is NT 4.0, my application is a MDI-application with a console

     window. Is there any way to change the ICON of the MDI-frame window ?
     I can change all icons for all forms (windows), but not the MDI-frame
window.
     If I set the Icon Name for the dummy window I use at console window,
nothing
     happens. I hate this Oracle Forms Runtime Icon !
4.) A Reports question: How can I change the title in the parameter form ?
     Now it look like: <reports filename>: Parameter Form. Quite ugly !
     I can change the title for the report itself, but not for the Parameter

Form.
