Lalaina is 100% wright. The only one to go for is.....

T.O.A.D. (Tool for Oracle Application Developers).

T.O.A.D.:

- enables display/change of all database objects.
- is very fast.
- is user friendly.
- is freeware (special for the Dutch Developers ?)
- is maintained very wel.
- is small (zipped approx. 1Mb)
- is very simple to install.
- contains server statistics options.
- contains Tuning (EXPLAIN PLAN) options.
