Import of datt to Access 97 problem

Hello all,

I am facing a problem in imorting data from excel file into MS Access database.
the process is succeful if i create the new table but if i want to import the new data in the database of MS Access, then it say that field not [Quoted] [Quoted] found....

I do it after converting into txt file.

If anybody is aware of such process, i would like to discuss with him/her. Please call: 815-884-2437
