The only thing I can think of ( which may not work to boot ) is to convert the 5.0 form to an .fmt via the Administration|Convert menu option, then in 4.5 convert the .fmt back to an .fmb file, with a different name or in a different location at least so you don't overwrite the original. This may not work just out right, but even if it does appear to work, you will probably find that the special things in 5.0 only will not even appear in the 4.5 .fmb. Hope this helps.
