Hi,
yes the best solution is to create a simple report. In forms 5 you can base a report onto a forms-block. Best is to use the wizzard at the 'Report'-node. To start the report you must use the RUN_REPORT_OBJECT build-in. It's not documented in the online-help, but described in the release notes of V2.1
