I have no problem connect local database to SQL+ with scott/tiger.
However, whenever I try to connect local database from Form4.5, I got an error message:
ORA-12203: TNS: unable to connect to destination.
What's wrong? Is there any configulation I missed? I appreciate any help from any one. Thanks in advance.
I intend to work only on stand-alone PC and no network is involved.
