To install CHINESE Database AND Oracle Tools with double byte CARACTERS_SET ZHS16CGB231280 and NLS_LANG=SIMPLIFIED_CHINESE_CHINA.ZHS16CGB231280 on unix platform (HP UX 10.20) do we need spécific version of UNIX to support this multi-bytes CARACTERS_SET ?

station do we need to install :
Spécific CHINESE release of NT
Spécific CHINESE release of Reports 2.5
Spécific CHINESE release of Forms 4.5
