Loading Designer 2000 tutorial

Does anybody have any advice on loading Designer 2K on to a stand alone PC running Personal oracle 7.

I have heard that it is not easy with adjustments required to rollback segments etc,

Does anybody know what the absolute minimum spec memory/disk space is required
and the order in which to carry out the process so that l can use the tutorial.
