MS Treeview in Oracle Forms

I got the first two levels working with the help of sample code. I added a third level and it keeps bombing. Comparing my code to someone elses code with 7 levels, I do not see a difference. However, the error I keep getting is 'element not found'. Supposedly this is error number 35601 in either comctl.hlp or comctl1.hlp. I only have the latter, which only goes to error number 32041.

Has anyone else had this problem and/or does anyone have the detailed description for this error number. If I don't get this going by tomorrow we are not going to use a tree structure. So any advice would be greatly appreciated.
