APP-606 and APP-47411

I am new to admin on Financials so please excuse me if these questions are ridiculous.

We got an error back when doing a -

Mass Additions Posting Execution Report

Is there a simple fix for this?
Is this only a job for Oracle WW support?

Any Help would bee greatly appreciated
