Is there an Oracle support number /web site /service I can use to get REAL technical information about Oracle HR internals.....I don't have the time ( or the inclination ) to get passed around oracle's front line support.

What I need is SOLID technical infomation about security within Oracle HR, how its enforced and if I can modifiy it.
