Des2k 2.1 cannot generate forms

Hello,
I have installed Des2k rel 2.1.
For the first form, that I tried to gnerate I have received error
message 'CDI-23564 c:\orawin95\bin\cf50g32.dll could not be loaded ...'.
Reports Generator works good.
I have workstation with 64MB RAM on Win95.
Please help,
