Enterprise manager jobs fail

[Quoted] For some reason, the jobs I submit to the oracle-7.3.4 server fail because of [Quoted] athentification failures. This happens when using my default credentials but [Quoted] also when using a specific username & password (the user exists & the password is correct).

Does anybody have any clue about what is going wrong ?
de dbsnmp sub agent is running.
Enterprise manager 1.4, running on NT.
