Your best bet is to import the dbf files directly into MS Access. You can do basic proccessing in Access: search, replace, queries, joining fields etc. Then export the tables directly into Oracle via ODBC (doesn't always work depending on Oracle + ODBC ver). Or dump the files to delimited plain text and use sqlloader to bring them into Oracle.
