Designer 2000 v2.1 seeded Repository DBA Access?

I just installed the D2Kv2.1 trial and I selected the seeded repository database for NT as part of the installed components. The installation instructions give the repository owner creditionals as repos/manager, but what is the default admin creditionals (internal, system / ???). Does anyone know?
