Generating java client from oracle tables

I'm looking for a tool which, based on information in Oracle database tables, would generate "Oracle Forms"-like java GUI clients capable of doing select/insert/delete/update of records in these tables (preferrably through JavaIDL/CORBA).
Is there such a generator, or something that does something similar?
