WAS 3.0 Log Analyser does not load log file into Database

Hi All
I have successfully installed the Log Analyzer system.
However when I try load xlf.log into the database by using
www.myhost.co.za/ows-abin/logload
I get the following error: The requested URL was not found.
Any Ideas?
