Y2K and forms 3

Using Oracle 7.23 and Forms 3.0 we have the Y2K question to solve.

Using Oracle 7.23 and Forms 3.0 we have the Y2K question to solve.
Any clues to solve this (in particulary automate the replacement of standard To Date functions to a new function Y2K ready) ?
In particulary a YACC Gramar would be really useful.
