Reports 1.x - &date variable

 Hi,

        I am doing some y2k work on reportwriter 1.1 reports and would   like the &date report defined variable to appear as a 4 digit year without   having to define a sysdate variable in the report select.  

  Please can anyone suggest a quick fix to format the &date in the   DD/MON/YYYY rather than the current DD/MON/YY.
