Not directly in Designer. Designer can record the most recent changer, so I
toyed with the idea of periodically querying that and storing it in our own table
of dates when changes were made. We eventually decided we didn't need a history, and
got PVCS to manage anything we couldn't handle in native Designer. To track
changes to the content of modules, you would need to generate the module from
Designer and then use a librarian (like PVCS or its competitors).
