Your problem is that some of the necessary packages or views or other repository objects are missing. Go into the repository object navigator and take a look at the objects. You'll see what's missing, and you can choose to recreate objects. Unfortunately, even if the objects are recreated with errors and are still invalid, you won't know it. If some of the code is garbled (like mine) for the packages, you can't recreate them successfully unless you debug the code from USER_SOURCE. Good luck to you getting this thing to work, you're going to need it.
