The problem is that the Registry (win95/NT0 gets updated also.
If you read the distribution CD VERY CAREFULLY, there is documentation on how to make your own distribution CD, with your stuff on it, and the Oracle run-time. I think it is under the DEPLOY directory on the CD. This assumes that you have the ability to write a CD...
