You can save the apps to a network directory...but, Each client PC needs to have SqlNet installed ( at a minimum ) and the Oracle Binaries needed for the run-time parts of the applications( Forma,Reports,Graphs, etc) - If you have the correct # of licenses you can set up a shared Oracle directory on the network that contains the run-time client components and set up a registry entry and path to let the clients use that setup - this is too detailed to explain here, and it may be better to install the run-time components on each of your client PCs -
