There are couple of ways of doing it that i can think of rightaway. Install RCMD on your NT box from the resource kit, OR install RSh.EXE which will provide you with a remote command shell .There are ways of configuring your NT box to allow Telnet sessions but if your configurations are correct you should be able to connect through Sqlplus to NT provided they are both on the network.
