Des2K:preference msgflp and library attached to template

Hello everyone,
In des2k, I have specified msgflp=MESSAGE_POPUP for a module. This procedure is in a library "msglib", which is attached to my template form : "ofg4chrt.fmb".
When I try to generate the module, the generator says: CGEN-01315: WARNING: Form does not contain form level procedure
'MESSAGE_POPUP' named in preference MSGFLP.
But, when I open my template in the Forms Designer, I see the attached
libraries:
MSGLIB and CONVLIB.
