There should be a Deployment directory on you D2k cd somewhere that will setup only the required runtimes to your machine. Assuming it's 32bit, you'll need to export the Oracle Registry key to an external file. Now for new installs just copy the fresh Orawin95/NT directory to their machine and install the reg keys.

It's either that, or modifiy deployment script to include your application and run setup every time.

For the 16bit version, I'd recommend each application having their own startup directory where you can place it's own oracle.ini into, and disabling the reference in the win.ini.
