Forms on the WEB

Oracle forms on the web work nearly fine, except for some nasty layout problems, like this one :

I've got a form showing a grid of data, with a scrollbar on its side. When the user goes on the bottom of the list, the scrollbar is not *really* on its bottom. In fact, the user may scroll down some more (no effect on the grid).
Then the user can go up, and - surprise - the last element becomes the first of the grid, and clicking on any other element of the grid causes the applet to crash (I have to close the browser to resume). Not to say that the form, when it runs locally, works fine. Not to say that this problems doesn't happen on *any* installation, only on the wrong one (our customer ;-( ).

I know, Web Server is young and more than one thing have to be fixed. But does anyone have some suggestion to get around this one?
