Save a Binary File in a Long Raw Column without OLE Wrapper???

Is it possible to save a binary file to a long raw binary column without an OLE wrapper?

I use Forms to insert Word Documents and then I would like to export them on the Unix server using Oraperl, however the OLE wrapper makes the files unusable.
