Code editing tools; what and where

I was reading a previous thread about a company who just released a new product for doing Stored Procedure, Trigger, etc. type of editing. This is the class and price range of tools that I'm interested in. The only tools I had been made aware of was SQL Navigator, and SQL Programmer because of their advertising in the trade journals. This thread mentioned Toad and a few other products.
