PLS-00201 in Des2k

I am using Designer/2000 version1.3 on an NT platform to generate a web-based application. After defining my module and generating the packages, I try to install the application by using the "Install generated PL/SQL" in the "Options" tab of Web Server Generator. But I get a lot of error messages like : PLS-00201: identificator 'WSGL.FORM_STATUS_OK' must be declared PLS-00201: identificator 'WSGL.MESS_EXCEPTION' must be declared PLS-00201: identificator 'WSGL.DEFINEPAGEHEAD' must be declared etc.

Did I miss something when installing Des2k ? can anyone help me solving this problem ? TIA,
