Please, beginner need help with Designer 2000

Hi,
Please, help me with problem, we encounter then try to migrate from manual SQL scripts to D2k:

1. Is it possible to generate by server generator (or another way) code of initial populating of tables, another words, commands of type:

      insert into tbl values (,,,) ?

And if it is possible, how should I write these code into application system?
