Problem with saving, closing & then opening a form

Everything is OK until I close the form and, the next time I try [Quoted] to open it, Forms Designer hangs ( in Win95 & NT4 ). I can do nothing with [Quoted] that FMB file: neither convert it to Text ( FMT ), nor generate a FMX from [Quoted] it with Forms Generate.
