Forms 3.0 -> 4.5

Hi!

The problem we have is that we don't know of anyone who has done such a thing before. Also, this project is too small to use the products of Kumaran and the like.
We are therefore looking for some kind of documentation or model which would clarify pitfalls and possible problems which can/will arise when using the Generate function in Forms 4.5, and which would adress best solutions.
