Oracle8 on NT should not cause any problems. It's very stable actually. Woudn't know about NCA though. We justed implemented 10.7 at our company. Oracle actually tried to sell us the same package you mentioned. After giving it some thought i decided not to go that route. To many risks (to much new technology at the same time, no good reference sites for NCA). My advise would be not to go that route at this time.
