Why can't you use F45GEN, you can convert directly from forms 3 to forms 4.5, then you could reverse engineer the resulting F45 forms into designer 2000. I'm not sure how robust the f3 to f45 route is but certainly f3 to f4 used to work ok.

Bear in mind that 1.3.2. only reverses the structure and table /attribute useage , not triggers and code, but of course you could always paste that stuff in as modules, depnding what you are aiming at.

Release 2 of Designer if it has been released whereever you are, not until sync with 2.1 of Developer in the UK, is expected to give 100% reverse including triggers and code.
