Oracle Motif Toolkit 2.3 error, FRM-91111

Hi, all.
Does anyone use Developer 2000 v 1.5.1 for Sun Sparc Solaris 2.6
successfully ?
I can't start Oracle Motif programmes using toolkit v 2.3 e.g. f45desm,
r25desm.
F45desm allways exits with error "FRM-91111,FRM-10039"
Programms using TK v. 2 work well (e.g svrmgrm).
My current settings are:
Shell variables:
SHELL=/bin/csh
TERM=xterm
ORACLE_HOME=/oracle/app/oracle/product/7.3.4
DISPLAY=remote-ws:0.0
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$ORACLE_HOME/lib
NLS_LANG is unset
LANG is unset
X11 Color depth = 8bit
Tk23Motif.rgb is default
remote-ws is linux X11 box.
I have checked search path of variable values by setting DEBUG_SLFIND
variable.
All paths and filenames were found successfully.
How to resolve the problem? Please, help.
