Robert,

The Oracle driver is free from Microsoft as part of their ODBC 3.5 SDK. Check out:
http://www.microsoft.com/data/odbc/download.htm It includes complete ODBC documentation in the form of help files.
Note, you will also need Sql*Net from Oracle
