How use ROWID in SQLLDR80 ???

I have a pair of tables that are direct path loaded using SQLLDR80. One of the tables needs to have a column that corresponds to the ROWID of the row inserted in the other table. I can't find any mention of ROWID in the SQL*LOADER documentation.
