Form and Graph Problems

Has any been able to get the forms and graphs to work together on with developer 1.6 on solaris 2.51. We have a simple form that calls up a graph with a push button using the og.pll library. The form works fine by itself and graph also runs great by itself, but putting them together the form disappers where the button is pushed. Oracle can't reproduce it so they can't help. Just wondering if anybody else ran into this same situation.
