Oracle*Forms 4.5 Web Sites? Attaching Files... etc..

Are there any Oracle*Forms websites? I have worked with Forms v3.0 and found that easier to work with and debug issues than v4.5. I know it's a learning curve thing but any help on inserting/attaching files, how to store those files (format), ... debugging tips ..
