The number you are quoting sounds like the *database* version, not JDBC drivers. You may be better off getting a verison of the drivers that are compliant with your existing db. Verison 7.3.4 on many platforms is a complete install, not a patch disk, so you'll have to do a complete Oracle install and upgrade your existing databases (with the scripts provided).
