For your first question, contact your sales office and ask them for the collateral on New Features in R2.0 - sorry, it's too big to post here!

On the second questions, yes we are selling them both in parallel. This is because 2.0 is a major upgrade, including the PL/SQL 2.0, so many customers will want to continue to run their existing applications on 1.x while they upgrade, test (it never hurts to be careful!) and maybe take advantage of the new features.
