    You could try our Oracle Database Browser, SQL*Pro. It is a GUI interface to
Oracle. One of the interfaces is a Package, Function, and Procedure screen. This tool can be downloaded from :

    http://www.erols.com/erikbengtson/

    The functionality you are looking for is just a small part of what SQL*Pro has to offer.
