Yes. All the Oracle components and packages are stored under the deploy/release/forwin95 directory; any installation would need at least some of these files.

If you want to delve deeper, the .prd files contain the paths of the applications that can be installed. If you're feeling brave and had nothing else to do ;-) you may be able to change these to point to a custom directory which contained only the components that you require. There may, however, be other scripts that depend on the components being in the specified place.

In case you haven't seen it, on the Dev2000 1.5 for Win95/NT CD there is a Readme.wri file in the deploy directory with (very skimpy) instructions on how to use the installer.
