Reports 2.5 Page Break - Need Help

[Quoted] I have a report that has a listing of students and their addresses in a column on the left side of the report, with a column on the right side called program, which is a concatination of two columns, program_code and class_code. The records for the students address and for program are all within the same repeating frame. What I need to do, is set a page break every time the Program column changes. In other words, whenever the Program changes, the report needs to enforce a page break, and begin printing the next Program on the next page. Reports 2.5 is not allowing me [Quoted] to do this. I have been working on this one problem for 2 days now with no [Quoted] success at all. Any help as to how to accomplish this would be greatly appreciated.
