Greetings to the land of the Titanic builders...

Granted, Oracle's latest CASE tool will support UML and Oracle 8, but so will the latest combination of Riverton HOW (1.3) and ERWin (3.5).

If Powerbuilder is the 4GL in use, it is best to use a CASE tool that will help partition that code; Oracle will not help at all in that area. Plus, Riverton HOW is coming out soon with a version that supports Java. So, you can do your OOA/D in Riverton for Powerbuilder C/S, then reuse most of the design objects for a Java/Web implementation.
