Designer 2000 - Generate SQL DDL

In my application in Designer 2000, i built a foreign key on one of the
tables, that is looking on a table
from a different application (that table had been shared with my
application).
When i'm generating the SQL DDL files, it won't generate the constraints
(foreign keys) which looks
on the shared tables from the other application.
Does anyone has an idea WHY ?????
