Oracle connection problem

 i use personal oracle ver 7.3 and dev 2K

oracle used c:\orawin 95 as oracle home and d2k used c:\oracle as oracle home

this is because i initially installed oracle 7.3 on myu pc and then tried to install d2k ver 2.00 it didnt allow me 2 use orawin95 as home and said that that dir is already used by windows select another dir for win 95.

my problem is can i have 2 oracle homes, when i installed d2k po7 does not work, when i fix po7 d2k does not work

is there a way to make both work.
